Eventful 30 hours
Woke up, got ready, went to church, practiced, set up, socialized, wrote a letter in a gift to our Pastor for Pastor Appreciation day at our church, worshiped God through song, went to one restaurant, ate food from another at another place, demolished metal and miscellaneous things, friend’s hand got cut in the process very deeply. When it comes to worship music, my favorite is when it is nothing but an acoustic guitar and a lone singer. The simplicity, rawness, and honest effort to me is wonderful. It is fantastic to hear such a stripped down method of singing praise to God. I think it is because it helps captures the loneliness I often feel in trying to understand and worship God with my life.
